You may have noticed from our newsletter (sign up here) and podcast (listen here or click play just below) that we’re celebrating our second birthday at 11:FS.

It’s also Fintech Insider’s 200th episode. So to make it extra special we’ve done a roundtable with some of the most vital people in the 11:FS team who don’t normally get behind a microphone.

Second Birthday - Sound Bite Free

Every company should be a media company - Ollie Judge, Head of Media, 11:FS

Storytelling is a vital to the 11:FS message. In fact, our head of Media, Ollie Judge has said on numerous occasions all businesses should be in media. It’s honest storytelling that matters most, driving a narrative that tells clients what we do and how we do it. Transparency at all levels only ever helps and it’s a core part of what makes 11:FS such an exciting company.

Grow Grow Grow!

Growth is key for most banks across the world. But it’s also vital for startups like 11:FS. Sophie Theen, our Human Resources superstar has been hard at work, fielding what used to be only 100 applications a day to at least 500. It’s not just our application numbers that are growing. Over the last two years we’ve been doing more and more speaking engagements, live shows and started a host of other podcasts. The second season of Connection Interrupted launched on Friday featuring an interview with content king Gary Vaynerchuk that you can listen to here.

Two Cities After Dark

After Dark is returning this week! Hot on the heels of our second birthday with a wildly ambitious simultaneous recording. We're live in London and San Francisco and a few tickets are still left here. Our first four shows were huge hits and the audience favourite Emoji Wall is back. Bringing you the latest in fintech news live are our regular hosts and special guests: Starling's Megan Caywood, TSB's Richard Davies, our very own Sarah Kocianski and Liz Lumley.

Pulse Pushes Forward

11:FS Pulse 2 is set to launch at the end of the month. You can request a demo here. It’s a complete overhaul of the previous Pulse product and is already proving to be the best way to view end to end customer experiences. It’s something we’ve been working on for a long time and we’re really excited to start on-boarding soon.

Thank You!

The most amazing thing about 11:FS as a whole though, is our client, supporters, fans, and friends. Without you we wouldn’t have been able to make it this far and it’s with you that we’ll be able to keep delivering world-class content, consultancy, and products. Thank you for your support these past two years and during our second birthday we look forward to meeting the future with you. Oh and if you want to get through all the birthday content we’ve put out here at 11:FS then you can keep up with what we’re doing to celebrate by clicking here and don’t forget to use the hashtag #b11rthday when you get in touch!
